Celebrating the contribution of carers throughout the borough, registered carers with Richmond Carers Centre are invited to Afternoon Tea with the Mayor of Richmond, Councillor Nancy Baldwin. 2.30-4pm, Wednesday 2nd October 2019, at The Salon, York House, Twickenham.
