Carers UK – Carers Active Club
The Carers Active Hub is an online resource to help you to increase your activity levels and improve your health and wellbeing.
Based on insight from Carers UK members, this hub can help you overcome some of the barriers you may experience such as finding the time and motivation to take part in physical activity. It is continually refreshed and updated so check back regularly to see the latest inspiration and ideas.

Richmond Card – discounted leisure subscription for carers
Richmond Council offer a range of membership options at Richmond’s sports and fitness centres. They offer an annual leisure subscription (a bolt-on to the Richmond Card Scheme), which gives carers a price discount on most of their fitness classes and activities. Carer Concessionary Richmond Cards are available at £11.0.

Using a fitness suite (gym)
You don’t need to be a member to use Richmond’s leisure centres, you are welcome to attend on a pay as you go basis. However, to use any of Richmond Council’s fitness suites, you must have a Feel Good Fitness membership.
