The Learning Disability Research Team is delighted to invite unpaid carers and the wider learning disability community to a special event at Saint Marys University on 29th May. This gathering is designed to bring together individuals with learning disabilities alongside their families, friends, support workers and dedicated professionals.
The Learning Disability Research Team at Saint Marys is hosting this event to honour the vital connections within our community. It serves as an opportunity for us to share knowledge and strengthen the bonds that support our local families.
What to expect on the day
The event will feature a range of accessible talks regarding current learning disability research. These sessions are designed to be informative and inclusive for all attendees. In addition to the presentations, guests can enjoy a variety of fun activities and a complimentary lunch.
