South West London Mental Health Carers’ Forum – Autumn 2026

The South West London Mental Health Carers’ Forum returns this September with an updated virtual session designed to support, connect, and empower unpaid carers across the region.

A supportive, peer-led space

The forum provides a dedicated, peer-led environment for individuals supporting a family member or friend with mental health challenges across Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton, and Wandsworth. It offers a space to share personal experiences, connect with others in similar situations, and raise important issues. The upcoming September meeting will feature a focused peer session and discussion regarding Recovery Colleges.
