NHS South West London wants to improve the support available for people with ADHD.
More people are seeking ADHD assessments, which means services are under pressure and waiting times can be long. This can also affect the support available after diagnosis.
Who is it for
The survey is for adults aged 18 and over who:
- are waiting for an ADHD assessment
or - have already had an ADHD assessment
Why this survey matters
Your feedback will help NHS South West London understand people’s experiences and what support matters most as it reviews and improves ADHD services in South West London.
How to participate
The survey takes around 10 minutes and responses are anonymous.
The survey is available in English, Polish and Portuguese.
Deadline
The survey is open until 12th April 2026.
