This 8-week emotional wellbeing workshop offers a supportive and practical environment for those looking to manage the daily pressures of caring. If you often feel overwhelmed by your thoughts or find yourself struggling with feelings of anxiety, stress, anger or guilt, this group provides the tools to help you navigate these challenges.
What is involved
The course is experiential and skills-based, moving beyond theory to provide real-world techniques that can be applied immediately. Each session incorporates mindfulness exercises, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques. These sessions are designed to help you step back from overthinking, reduce self-criticism through compassion-based practices and build long-term emotional resilience.
To ensure a supportive and intimate atmosphere, the group size is limited to between 5 and 10 people. No prior experience is necessary to join.
