Throughout the year we ask carers to tell us what is working and what could be better. This year, over 340 carers shared their experiences with overwhelmingly positive responses.
This year’s survey results reflect another year of outstanding impact and dedication across all Carers Hub partners.
Your feedback helps us to understand the impact and difference our services make, what matters to you most and how we can keep improving. Many carers told us that the support they received made them feel less isolated, more confident and better able to manage their caring role.
The full report highlights the amazing impact our services, including mentoring, activities, respite, emotional support and information and advice, have for adult and young carers.
Looking Ahead
Across the Richmond Carers Hub, services plan to:
- Reach more isolated and underrepresented carers
- Strengthen professional partnerships and referral pathways
- Expand support for young adult carers (18–25)
- Offer new educational and wellbeing-focused activities
