Dementia UK offers free, confidential 45‑minute face‑to‑face appointments with a specialist dementia nurse, known as an Admiral Nurse, at selected Nationwide branch locations across the United Kingdom. These clinics provide expert guidance and emotional support to people living with dementia and their families or carers.

- Emotional support around grief, loss and challenging behaviours
- Advice on finance, legal issues, benefits and future planning
- Assistance with transitions into care or hospital-related concerns
