Have your say on the future of local pharmacy services

Richmond Council wants to hear your views on local pharmacy services. As part of the 2025 Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), residents are invited to complete a short survey about how they access and use pharmacy services, what works well, and areas that need improvement.

For those who may not be familiar, the PNA is updated every three years and looks at the current health needs of the population, the level and accessibility of pharmacy services within the area covered by the Richmond Health and Wellbeing Board and how these will be maintained and developed in future to best meet local need.

This initial survey is confidential and will help assess areas where pharmacies are already fulfilling local needs well and areas that need improvement. Feedback will be used to develop the new draft PNA, which will then be available for public consultation later this year.

Your feedback helps ensure services remain accessible and effective for everyone.
