Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH) now only provides community services in Richmond and later this year will be merging with Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
You won’t notice any immediate changes, but in time this should lead to better and more joined-up care.
The new organisation will be called Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust.
