When you are caring for someone, money worries can quickly become overwhelming.
If you are looking after someone with dementia, you may be able to access some financial support. However, understanding what is available and how to access it is not always straightforward.
Thanks to a grant from The National Lottery Community Fund, Dementia Carers Count have been able to create some new advice and guidance about what support is available.
