Carers Trust is delighted to invite carers to the launch of Let’s Dance at the Old Bailey. Let’s Dance is organised by Angela Rippon and celebrates the powerful role dance can play for both carers and the people they support.
The morning will include a special dance session led by Arlene Phillips, best known for her work on Strictly Come Dancing. No dance experience is required; just the confidence to join in, have fun and learn a few steps.
Carers Trust is pleased to share that BBC Breakfast will be covering the launch, so please note this event may not be suitable if you would prefer not to appear on camera.
