Richmond Aid’s Counselling Service is open again and is accepting self-referrals. It offers a calm, confidential space for you to talk though your emotional needs and difficulties.
Who is it for?
The team welcome anyone over the age of 18 years, including those with long term health conditions, disabilities, complex mental health needs and caring responsibilities. It is a low-cost counselling service, with further concessions for those living within Richmond borough.
How to participate

What to expect
After you have completed and returned your referral form, the counselling team will review this to check whether it might be a suitable service for you. If so, it will arrange an initial assessment, which carries a fee of £35 for all applicants. If talking therapies are appropriate, the applicant will be offered a number of sessions.
Session times
Wednesdays 1–8pm
Thursdays 2–5pm
Fridays 10am–1pm
All sessions are in person at Richmond Aid’s fully accessible Teddington offices. On occasion the service may also be able to offer online sessions.
