Join the Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust Community Dementia Service for a special one-day conference, with guest speakers showcasing dementia friendly initiatives and a market place area for local services to publicise the support they can provide for those living with Dementia

This year’s theme is Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for those living with Dementia and their carers. Topics include:

  • Research findings – Hearing Loss & memory services
  • Young Onset Dementia
  • Health promotion
  • Risk Reduction
  • Joint working between Community and Kingston Hospital
  • Neurodiversity and Dementia

Who is it for?

Open to all NHS staff in Kingston & Richmond and other local health and social care providers. Those living with dementia and their carers.
