Carers of adults with learning disabilities are invited to complete a short-breaks and respite survey

Richmond and Wandsworth Council are committed to improving Respite and Short Breaks services for people with learning disabilities. The Richmond and Wandsworth Better Service Partnership is a shared public service team that delivers services to over half a million residents across two London boroughs

To better understand the current demand for services, the Richmond and Wandsworth Better Service Partnership is gathering feedback on the quality of the existing services. Your views will support the Better Service Partnership to improve future provision. Families and carers are kindly asked to complete a short survey.
