Share your views on several outpatient services

The NHS in south west London is reviewing how outpatient care works so that people can be seen in the right place, at the right time, with the right support.

As part of this, they are asking local people to share their experiences and views through a short survey. Feedback will help inform how services are shaped in future.

There are three surveys to choose from, depending on what feels most relevant:

  • Skin concerns (such as rashes, eczema, acne, psoriasis, infections, moles or other skin changes)
  • Stomach and digestive concerns (such as ongoing stomach pain, bloating, bowel habit changes, reflux or other digestive concerns)
  • Women’s health concerns (such as heavy or painful periods, pelvic pain, menopause symptoms or other gynaecological issues)

Who is it for

You can take part if you have sought help for one of these concerns in the past two years, or if you may need to in future. Each survey takes around 5–10 minutes and responses are anonymous.
