Complete one of your dementia friendly actions by completing and sharing this survey

Public Health Richmond is looking to better understand awareness of the symptoms and risk factors of dementia, as well as any barriers to seeking help. Richmond residents are invited to complete an online survey to share their level of understanding and awareness. The information gathered will help build a clearer picture of local needs. It will be used to further develop the Council’s dementia prevention work plan: making recommendations and improve support and services.

How you can help

If you can complete the online survey yourself, why not set yourself a target and aim to share it with 10+ others?
