Do you have experience
- living with a neurological condition?
- caring for someone with a neurological condition?
- work with people impacted by a neurological condition?
Public Health Richmond would love to hear from you.
Public Health Richmond is inviting residents to share their lived experiences with any neurological condition such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, migraine, epilepsy and neurological trauma.
Public Health Richmond is interested in hearing about your journey from diagnosis to daily life, the support available for memory, thinking, and communication, what carers and staff need to feel supported, the language used to describe conditions and experiences around planning ahead and end-of-life care.
The information gathered will help build a clearer picture of local needs. It will be used to make recommendations and help inform future strategies to improve support and services. Your feedback will help shape the Richmond Neurological Conditions Health Needs Assessment. This will guide how services are planned and delivered in the future.
