Carers UK Share and Learn Online Sessions

Carers UK offers Share and Learn online sessions for unpaid carers across the United Kingdom. These sessions provide a supportive space where carers can focus on their wellbeing, connect with others who understand their experiences, and receive practical guidance.

What Are Share and Learn Sessions?

Share and Learn sessions are free and delivered via Zoom. Each session includes:

  • Wellbeing activities such as mindfulness, yoga, creative arts and relaxation techniques

  • Practical advice on topics including carers’ rights, financial support and navigating health and social care systems

  • Peer discussion where carers share experiences, insights and mutual support

New sessions are added each week and many are recorded. Recordings of the speaker or facilitator sections are shared publicly, while participants may choose to turn off their audio or camera if they prefer not to be filmed.
