Healthwatch Richmond volunteers help to conduct reviews of NHS and social care services in Richmond upon Thames. They speak to patients and staff to hear what they have to say. These reviews are then used to make improvements to the services. Their volunteers also go with them to speak to people in the community, to listen to their views and make sure they are heard by the right people.
