Join Ruils for a free, walk-in health and wellbeing event
Local charity Ruils is hosting a FREE walk-in Community Health Fair in Hampton for people of all ages.
The Community Health Fair is being organised at part of Ruil’s Health in Your Hands project, which encourages Richmond residents to take a more active role in their healthcare by engaging with local healthcare services and supporting those who are at risk of developing long-term conditions (LTCs). Ruils is particularly hoping to attract attendees who may benefit from:

- cancer screening information
- energy advice
- carers support and advice
- information about keeping active and eating well
- mental health support
There will be representatives from local organisations sharing information about their services including:

- Lets Go Outside and Learn
- Friendly Parks for All
- RHP Community Engagement Team
Free offerings include
- 12noon-1pm Eating for Better Health Nutrition Session
- 1-2pm Yoga Class
- Ruils will be offering free basic health checks as a part of the Health in Your Hands service. Anyone who gets a health check will be entered into a raffle.
- Speak to the Richmond Housing Partnership Community Engagement team
- First come, first served hot lunch provided
