Calling children of Richmond upon Thames to enter The Friends of Teddington Memorial Hospital Pain Clinic Naming and Art Competition.
The Friends of Teddington Memorial Hospital need your help to name its brand-new Pain Clinic and its six treatment rooms at Teddington Memorial Hospital and to create some excellent art to decorate the rooms.
Our local NHS is planning a new Pain Clinic at Teddington Memorial Hospital to help many people in our community improve their quality of life and well-being. The Pain Clinic is like a team of superheroes who help people feel better when they are in pain. But they do not just make the pain go away; they also teach people how to cope with it better so they can live happier and healthier lives.
How to enter
If you are a local child living in or going to school in the Richmond Borough area and you are between 7 and 11 years old (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6), you are in luck (Take a peek here for all the nitty-gritty rules).
Once your special names and/or artwork are ready, just ask a grown-up (like a parent or teacher) to send them in for you.
Please print and complete the Entry Form. Download Entry Form.
The completed form and artwork can be emailed to comms@friends-tmh.co.uk or posted to:
