Paul Hainsworth, Trustee

I have lived in Richmond with my family for over 30 years. An economist by background, I spent 15 years in the oil industry before moving to senior change management roles across a variety of sectors, including time in Rwanda as a volunteer. Over the last decade I have worked in the social care sector, initially leading the development of learning disability and autism service providers and most recently providing data and consulting services.

It is a privilege to join the board of the Richmond Carers Centre. I am all too aware of the vital role played by unpaid carers and look forward to helping the Richmond Carers Centre champion and develop this critical, unsung and under-valued part of our local community.
