Take part in Richmond Carers Centre communication survey

Richmond Carers Centre Communications survey 2024 banner. Image shows a laptop and mobile phoneRichmond Carers Centre is always looking for ways to improve how we serve unpaid carers in Richmond. As part of this commitment, we are reviewing the effectiveness of how we share information with carers and professionals we work with. We want to know what we do well so we can build on this and, equally, what we do not do so well so we can improve our service delivery.

What do we want to know?

Richmond Carers Centre wants to know your opinion about the way we share information. We would like you to tell us:

  • What do you think about our publicity communications?
  • Are we using appropriate communication channels?
  • Are the messages clear?
  • Do our communications tell you what you need to know?
  • Are we presenting the information in a way that is accessible to you?
  • Are we sharing too much information or not enough?

Your feedback is extremely important to us. We would be grateful if you could complete the survey below. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete,

Please note, for the purposes of this survey, we are referring to how we communicate publicly with our audiences rather than individual interactions you may have with our staff (e.g. phone calls, face to face, direct emails, SMS messages).

All responses are anonymous. We will not ask you for any personally identifiable information. You can read our privacy policy here.
